Siemens Industry, Inc. is proud to have joined forces with Green Seal, Inc. to create The Green Building O&M Manual. The purpose of the manual is to serve as a guide for PHA staff and residents to operate their facilities in a sustainable manner by reducing the use of energy, water, and toxic chemicals, and by increasing the quality of life for residents and employees.
This manual covers a wide range of facility and maintenance operations. It can serve as a tool to help PHAs become green communities and lead to the use of environmentally preferable products and more sustainable processes. Our hope is the manual provides a catalyst for building staff and residents to work together to improve the environment and the quality of life in their communities.
